Jaw Crusher

The jaw crusher is widely used in mining, building materials, chemical industry, metallurgy, which can crush the big-size stone into 10-100mm small-size stone. Our jaw crusher is very strong and durable, whose working life is almost 2-3 times longer than other companies jaw crusher.

The working principle of the jaw crusher:

The belt and belt pulley are driven by a motor, and the movable jaw moves up and down via eccentric shaft. The angle between fixed jaw and movable jaw becomes smaller from top to bottom, then the materials are crushed into small pieces. It becomes bigger when the movable jaw runs up. The movable jaw plate leaves the fixed jaw plate under the action of tension rod and spring, then the crushed products come out from the crushing cavity.

Special Features of jaw crusher:

1. Simple structure, easy and convenient maintenance;
2. Higher crushing ratio, good output granularity;
3. Higher reliability, lower investment;
4. Longer working life.
5. Low noise, less dust.
